Happy Sweet 16 baby girl!  You are the world to me.  I pray this is your best year yet.  I hope your dreams and your hopes arrive to you soon.  You are such a blessing.  So sweet, so considerate, so loving of everyone.  God created you for a purpose.  He loves you even more than you know.  You go and do your best, love others, and honor God.  Everything will fall into place.
